History & Background
Our company was founded on January 8, 2023, and legally registered as a business on February 6, 2023. The inspiration behind starting this business came from the realization that many people are unaware of their untapped potential. My goal is to help individuals identify, develop, and maximize their potential. I draw inspiration from the question God posed to Moses in Exodus 4:2: “And the Lord said to him, what is that in your hand? And he said, ‘a rod.’” Similarly, I ask, “What do you have in your heart and hand?” My motivation is further fueled by the purpose-driven leadership philosophies of renowned leadership experts—Dr. Myles Munroe, who stated, “Circumstances and crises are God’s tools to move people into their purpose and maximizing their potential,” and Dr. John C. Maxwell, who emphasized, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.”
