Motivation & Inspiration
Our company was founded with the motivation to help people realize their untapped potential. My goal as a Coach is to help individuals identify, develop and maximize their potential. I draw inspiration from the question God posed to Moses in Exodus 4:2: “And the Lord said to him, what is that in your hand? And he said, ‘a rod.’” Similarly, I ask, “What do you have in your heart and hand?” My motivation is further fueled by the purpose-driven leadership philosophies of renowned leadership experts—Dr. Myles Munroe, who stated, “Circumstances and crises are God’s tools to move people into their purpose and maximizing their potential,” and Dr. John C. Maxwell, who emphasizes, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.”
